That's why we built Swabha.in (Swabha Solutions)—to automate these operations and ensure a premium guest experience every single time.
The Problem: Logistical Lag
In the hospitality business, timing is everything. A guest checks out at 11:00 AM, and the next guest arrives at 2:00 PM. This three-hour window requires a highly coordinated housekeeping, laundry, and inspection workflow. If the housekeeping dispatch is delayed, host reviews suffer, damaging search visibility.
How Swabha.in Automates the Operations
- Dynamic Calendar Integrations: By connecting to Airbnb's iCal feeds, Swabha.in automatically imports booking data, triggering checkout schedules without host intervention.
- Automated Housekeeper Dispatch: Once a checkout is logged, the platform calculates proximity and availability to automatically assign the task to the nearest housekeeper.
- Linen & Amenity Tracking: Housekeepers use the mobile portal to log linen state and request replenishment of host consumables (shampoos, coffees, soaps), keeping stock counts accurate.
The Tech Stack for Maximum Speed
We built Swabha.in using Next.js for a lightning-fast, SEO-optimized host portal, and Node.js/Express on the backend. This enables:
