1. Services

We provide custom software engineering and development services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and costs are detailed in individual Statements of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreements (MSA).

2. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated in an SOW, upon full payment for our services, all intellectual property rights for custom developed software are transferred to the client.

3. Confidentiality

We take confidentiality seriously and routinely sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) before discussing sensitive project details.
